Coaching & Mentoring

A safe space

Are you seeking some extra help with reaching your goals or working through a personal challenge or change you are facing? Then coaching may be for you.

First and foremost, coaches provide a safe space within which you can fully explore issues of importance to you. Coaching is a collaborative and empowering process that provides you with the tools, insights, and support needed for personal development, whether that is in work, in learning or everyday life.

Coaching is a valuable investment in personal development leading to:

  • Better understanding of what you truly want to achieve
  • Increased Self-Awareness:
  • Identifying and overcome obstacles
  • Improved decision-making.
  • Goal setting and action
  • Confidence and Resilience.
  • Personal growth

Positive results

With over twenty years of experience in supporting employees and learners I have seen first-hand how coaching and mentoring leads to positive results. I have also been lucky enough to benefit personally from mentoring and coaching support, both in the workplace and in my other pursuits, so I understand the value this has in your personal development. It is what led to my decision to set up PCC Learning!

Strengths based approach

I believe in focusing on strengths and what energises you and with this in mind I have trained as a Strengthscope® Coach.

Strengthscope® recognises that each individual has within them the answers to how to bring their “best self” to a situation whether that be at work, home, study or something else. Strengthscope® along with supportive coaching, helps you to identify and understand your strengths and by doing this enables you to see what you can do to more easily deliver successful outcomes.

I will work with you to identify what’s really happening in the areas that are important to you.
I will support you to use these “insights” to identify actions to strengthen and improve in these areas moving forwards.

get in touch

Coaching and mentoring needs to work for you, so why not get in touch for an informal chat to find out more about me and my approach. The phone or a video call is fine, though I particularly welcome the opportunity to walk and talk or chat over tea/coffee, so feel free to suggest that too!

Whoever you are, what are you working on?
I'd love to help you.
